• Wondering if the frame 1.25" tube would hold up at the joints without gussets

• Question on welding - Can you weld S'Steel to standard steels? Or only braze?

• If you were going to brass sleeve a steel rod permanently, ie heat the the bass tube slide it over the steel and have a shrink fit. How would you prep the steel so it won't rust sight unseen under the sleeve? 

• On girder forks does it matter if the two sides of a single girder (one fork) are the same thickness or would this make it prone to buckling in one direction as the tension in the fork is not balanced????

• Could you twist the steel in a girder?? like they do in sissy bars and some spring
